Study: 45 Minutes of Exercise Might Be Too Much
Why waste your time? New research from Canada contends that just one minute of high-intensity exercise can boost your health just as much as 45 minutes of moderate exercise.

The study looked at 27 inactive men and assigned them three workouts per week: either 45 minutes of moderate cycling or one minute of intense cycling spread out over seven minutes. After 12 weeks, both groups had near-identical improvements in heart fitness, lung fitness, and insulin sensitivity, which impacts diabetes risk.
