From Kristin Kane, your About Health Editor
Diagnosing certain diseases and conditions is so easy for doctors that they could probably do it blindfolded (though I think we'd all agree that's a pretty bad idea). But when it comes to other health problems, physicians would probably pay good money for a one-shot, slam-dunk blood test or telltale symptom. And, allow me to speak for us patients: Yes, please.

Total Exhaustion (and More)
Chronic fatigue -- just the name makes you think of too many late nights in front of the tube. But this mysterious syndrome is, as this article says, much more than just being tired all the time. It's IBS...or Is It?
Irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) is easily blamed as the cause of diarrhea, constipation, and other assorted -- and not-so-pleasant -- digestive issues. But there are other disorders that could be playing copycat.

The Multiple Faces of MS
Our Guide to Multiple Sclerosis, as not only an expert but an MS sufferer herself, knows firsthand that her disease is a wily one. More than 50 symptoms are linked to it, and each person's experience with it is different.

When You Can't Get a Diagnosis
Yep, your body can be pretty crafty at trying to pull one over on you and the folks in the white coats. But there are other factors that -- if attended to -- could make your situation less of an enigma.
