From Heather Loeb, your About Health Editor
I've got mixed feelings about all the "anti-aging" advice being thrown around out there. While it's good to promote healthy aging, it's not good to promote unrealistic expectations. We all get older -- period! You can't turn back the clock but you can make sure you age as healthy as possible.

Anti-Aging Tip #1: Cover Those Peepers
Sunglasses are not only cool to wear, they're legitimately good for you -- unlike high heels or other painful fashion fads. You just gotta make sure you get the right type of lenses to keep your eyeballs healthy over the long run.

Anti-Aging Tip #2: Slather That Skin
Most drugstores these days are chock full of sunscreen. Before you load up on more, take some time to read the labels and make sure they have the latest ingredients listed in this article. Why? The newer stuff blocks not only UVB but also UVA, which is the type of sunlight linked to -- gasp! -- wrinkles.

Anti-Aging Tip #3: Ingest Superfoods
"Superfoods" is a trendy if slightly overused buzz word lately, but hey, if it helps motivate people to eat better (who doesn't want to eat superfoods?!), then I'm all for promoting superfoods. So just what are they and what are they capable of?

Anti-Aging Tip #4: Smell the Roses
Stress is an unavoidable part of every human's life. Learning how to manage it -- and how to stop and smell the roses -- can help you live a longer, fuller life.
