I am woman - hear me roar! As a woman, I know that there may be health concerns unique to my gender. Because of that, I dedicate this week's newsletter to the health needs of us women. Sorry to all you men out there if you are feeling a little left out, but how does that expression go? Behind every good man there is a strong woman...

So unfortunately there are some medical conditions out there that we women need to pay attention to. Although it may be unfair that we may have to face some of these, the more you know, the better prepared you can be.
