I've had one major broken bone in my life -- my arm, thanks to jumping on my bed as a kid. Yes, I should've listened to Mom.

The worst part of having a broken bone -- particularly in the summer -- is having to sit out certain fun activities (it might be difficult to surf with that cast on your leg). While we can't promise instantaneous healing, these tips will help things go as quickly and smoothly as possible.
