News: Fitness In Middle Age Reduces Cancer Risk Later In Life
A six-year study of almost 14,000 men has found that those who were fit when they were middle-aged (about 49 years old in the study) were roughly 50 percent less likely to develop lung cancer and colorectal cancer later in life. This is great news to fit and healthy folks of a certain age, but what about those who are out of shape?
