Meet yoga. No, not paddleboard yoga, anti-gravity yoga, or any of the unusual modern twists. We’re talking about the Indian practice that stretches back to 250 BC, (although the characteristics of today’s yoga classes are closer to 200 years old). It’s not just a practice that improves your flexibility (which, we should note, is a great way to reduce your risk of injury and immobility), it can also increase strength, balance, joint health, posture, and mental calmness.
