Gluten has been a big buzz word for the past several years, with more and more people going gluten-free, and an increasing variety of gluten-free foods popping up everywhere. But how do you know if you should avoid the protein--and how do you do so? What Is Celiac Disease?
Celiac disease is a genetic autoimmune disorder in which gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley and rye, causes damage in the small intestine.
