A Little Sugar and Fat Is OK for Kids | This week’s new recommendations from the American Academy of Pediatrics are emphasizing a more flexible approach to nutrition: if your kids won’t eat healthier whole foods unless you add a little fat or sugar, then you should go right ahead.
